RELAXED CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
All bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to immediately before arrival in the event that arrival is not possible due to border closures and travel warnings.
Hygiene regulations:
It is very important to us to continuously adapt the measures to the official guidelines of the Austrian Federal Government. For example, wearing masks when entering the house, on the way to the breakfast room and the buffet or regular disinfection of the hands (disinfection columns available). Please sneeze and cough only in the crook of your arm and if there is any suspicion of illness, please report to the reception desk. > Hygienic certificate
