Booking informations

The room prices  are per night for the room including breakfast. In winter the use of the sauna is included in the price. In summer the summer card is included in the price.

The apartment price is per day and apartment without breakfast. The final cleaning is not included in the price.
The minimum stay in an apartment is 3 nights.  In winter the use of the sauna is included. In summer the summer card is included.

All prices are exclusive the local tax. The local tax of € 5,00 per night per person is to be paid extra.

For babys and kids up to 6 years we charge € 12,00 per night.

We accept  cash, EC card, credit cards except AMEX or bank transfer to settle the invoice.

Bank transfer
A booking is considered binding once the travel period and the agreed price have been confirmed by both parties and the required deposit has been paid within 10 days of receiving the reservation.

For short stays up to 3 nights we charge € 4,00 extra per day and person.

Check-in: 4:00 pm to 10:00 pm

Your room will be available to you from 4:00 pm on the day of your arrival. We look forward to welcoming you by 10:00 pm. Should you arrive earlier or later, please contact us in advance. Arrival outside the regular check-in times is possible by prior arrangement.

Check-out: by 10:00 am

On the day of departure, your room will be available to you until 10:00 am. We kindly ask you to adhere to this time so that we can prepare the room in good time for the next guests. For a relaxed and hassle-free departure, we recommend settling your bill the evening before.

There is also an internet access (wireless).

For the ski boots we offer a special shoe heating, also for wet clothes we have got a warm, dry place.

For every room / apartment we provide one parking place.

Opposite of our house there is the stop for the ski bus.

Pets are allowed if the owner knows about it and agrees.

Please note that it is forbidden to smoke in the rooms / apartments and in the breakfast room.

Cancellation policy

• Up to 1 month before arrival: Free cancellation.
• From 4 weeks to 14 days before arrival: The deposit paid will be retained as a cancellation fee.
• Less than 14 days before arrival: 90 % of the total booking price will be charged as a cancellation fee.

We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance to protect against unforeseen events.

We recommend a completion of a private travel insurance after the completion of the reservation. In case of an accident, illness, death all cancellation fees of the insured or its relatives are coverd before or during your stay.
